4. Purchase Eligibility

By placing an order on this website, you authorize Lady Beauty to charge your credit card, debit card, or designated payment method for the total order amount. You also authorize us to process personal information for necessary fraud verification and identity checks through trusted third-party security or credit reference agencies.

5. Product Descriptions

Lady Beauty makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, sizing guides, and visual representations are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is entirely error-free. If a product offered by Lady Beauty differs materially from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition according to our Refund Policy.

6. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless specified otherwise. We strive to maintain accurate pricing; however, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error in an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, allowing you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as canceled.

For international cards issued outside Canada, the final transaction amount will be determined by your card issuer based on applicable exchange rates on the date of processing.

7. How to Place an Order

Account Login: Log in to your Lady Beauty account, or proceed as a guest.
Select Products: Browse our collections and select your preferred items.
Choose Options: Select your desired color, cup size, and quantity. (Refer to our Size Guide if needed).
Add to Cart: Click "Add to Cart" and then proceed to "Checkout".
Customer & Shipping Info: Enter your complete delivery address and contact details.
Payment & Confirmation: Review your order summary, select your payment method, agree to our Website Terms and Privacy Policy, and click "Complete Order".

8. Payment Methods

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. Lady Beauty is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by payment authorization refusals from your issuing bank.

9. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. This acknowledgment does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

A binding agreement is formed only when we send you a secondary confirmation email indicating that your items have been dispatched. Lady Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product stock unavailability or quality control issues prior to dispatch.
Inaccurate pricing or product specifications listed on the store.
Inability to obtain valid payment authorization.

If your order is canceled or modified, our customer service team will notify you via email.

10. Shipping, Delivery, and Backorders

Lady Beauty will make every effort to dispatch orders within estimated delivery timelines. Standard handling and delivery times apply. If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires special fulfillment, processing may take 7 to 14 business days. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lady Beauty does not guarantee that your use of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the site and its servers are free from viruses or technical vulnerabilities. We recommend maintaining updated system security and anti-virus protection.

Lady Beauty shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling any obligation under these terms if such failure stems from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, courier delays, or global trade disruptions.
